Where is the best place in the bay area to find elaborate appliques? I am talking sequins, rhinestones and other things that sparkle. Thanks!

    perhaps at Satin Moon (you can call and ask)

    or I recommend taking a trip to LA Fabric District (although with the price of gas... eeks!... depends how important the project is to you)
